Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled by VidReelz, attendees may choose a full refund or credit toward a future event. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will transfer automatically to the new date.

Select sessions may be recorded, but attendance is strongly recommended. Only verified ticket holders will have access to recordings through their private and password-protected Summit portal page.
