1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
This Content Submission & Evaluation Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms under which filmmakers and content creators (“Submitter”) may submit audiovisual content for potential viewing, analysis, discussion, or educational evaluation during the Actors & Filmmakers Summit (“Summit”), hosted by VidReelz LLC (“VidReelz”).
The Summit is an educational and professional development event. Content is reviewed solely for educational, analytical, and discussion purposes.
2. REQUIRED VIDREELZ SUBMISSION
To be eligible for consideration, all content submitted for Summit evaluation must first be submitted to the VidReelz content ecosystem.
Submission must be completed through the official VidReelz Content Submission Agreement:

There is no cost to submit content to VidReelz under the standard submission process.
3. SUBMISSION DEADLINES
- Standard Submission Deadline (No Fee)
- Content must be submitted to VidReelz no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Summit event date.
- Content submitted by this deadline may be considered for Summit evaluation at no additional cost.
- Late Submission Window (Fee Applies)
- Content submitted within thirty (30) days but more than ten (10) days prior to the Summit may be considered at VidReelz’s discretion.
- A $50 late submission processing fee applies.
- Payment of the late submission fee does not guarantee review or selection.
- Final Cutoff (No Exceptions)
- No content submitted within ten (10) days of the Summit event will be considered for evaluation, analysis, or discussion during the Summit.
- This deadline is absolute and exists to protect program quality and review integrity.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF REVIEW OR SELECTION
Submission of content does not guarantee:
- That the content will be reviewed during the Summit
- That the content will be selected for panel analysis
- That feedback will be provided
- Any awards, recognition, distribution, or future opportunity
5. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
- Submitter retains full ownership of all submitted content.
- VidReelz does not claim ownership or exclusivity over submitted content.
- By submitting content, Submitter grants VidReelz a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- View the content
- Screen excerpts during closed educational Summit sessions
- Discuss the content for educational purposes only
6. EDUCATIONAL USE ONLY
Content reviewed during the Summit is used solely for:
- Educational analysis
- Professional discussion
- Industry learning
- A film competition
- A distribution market
- A pitch forum
- An audition or casting platform
7. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & FEEDBACK
- Feedback provided during the Summit may be candid and professional.
- Submitters acknowledge that opinions expressed by panelists are subjective and offered for educational purposes.
- VidReelz does not guarantee tone, depth, or style of feedback.
8. DISQUALIFICATION
VidReelz reserves the right to disqualify or exclude content that:
- Violates copyright or intellectual property laws
- Contains unlawful material
- Is submitted outside required timeframes
- Fails to comply with VidReelz submission standards
9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
VidReelz reserves the right to modify submission procedures, deadlines, or evaluation criteria at its discretion, provided such changes do not retroactively affect already accepted submissions
10. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By submitting content for Summit consideration, the Submitter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
